• Before use, seat the aligner according to the direction of the teeth' long axis. Do not bite the product before totally seating the aligner, otherwise, it may cause aligner damage or incorrect orthodontics forth.
• Hold the handle of the product and put the other side into the mouth and bite slightly from one side to the other side. Make sure every tooth is involved (three shaped products are available according to different demands).
• When exercising bite muscle, bite it for 10-15 minutes to avoid a braced face.

Precautions:

• Aligner tray belongs to consumable, when losing elasticity or breaking it should be replaced in time.
• Clean it with water after use and put it into box, beware of loss or contamination. Disinfectors may damage product material.
• It is forbidden to use when the product is damaged or deformed or its inner package is damaged.
