The NSK Cartridge PAX2 TU03 is a ceramic bearing cartridge crafted for compatibility with NSK airotors FX Series super torque head PAF-TU. Designed with precision, this high-quality cartridge is suitable for Borden two-hole, four-hole, and QD type connections. To seamlessly insert the cartridge into the airotor, follow the provided steps. Begin by inserting a test bur, then use the designated wrench tool to loosen and remove the cap. Gently lever the old cartridge out using the bur. Clean the head interior thoroughly with NSK PANA SPRAY Plus/PANA SPRAY and apply the oil for optimal maintenance. When inserting the new cartridge, align the pin on the cartridge with the slot on the head and tighten the head cap with the appropriate wrench.

  • 1 x NSK Cartridge PAX TU03

  • Insert a test bur.
  • Loosen and remove the cap using the provided wrench tool.
  • Gently lever the old cartridge out using the bur.
  • Thoroughly clean the head interior with NSK PANA SPRAY Plus/PANA SPRAY.
  • Apply NSK PANA SPRAY Plus/PANA SPRAY oil over the head interior.
  • Align the pin on the new cartridge with the slot on the head and insert.
  • Tighten the head cap with the correct head cap wrench.
